Return and policy refund
Safari Dental appreciate the business relationship it has with you, and we offer you the option to return most products you bought from Safari Dental. You can return the products eligible for a refund of the purchase price or an equivalent credit, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fee on the terms below. No return or refund will be accepted for customs made items or special order or consumable item (tip, contra angle, etc.).
Within 30 days return period for certain products and accessories. Unless you have a separate agreement with Safari Dental, or expect as provided below, all hardware and accessories, parts that have not been opened and that are in their original packaging and not been sterilized, may be returned to Safari Dental within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price or an equivalent credit, minus shipping and handling charges, restocking fee and applicable taxes, if they are already paid.
Any product returned to Safari Dental without permission, Safari Dental will be considered an unauthorized return, the customer will receive no credit for the product and Safari Dental will not return the product to the customer.
Request for refund or exchange for the defective goods can be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods with a copy of the invoice.
After 90 days of non-payment of the invoice or a non-answer of the cost of the repair (after 2 reminders), Safari Dental give himself the right to display the items at their convenience.
Unless the product is defective or it is returned in response to a direct error from Safari Dental, refund or credit note does not include shipping and handling charges shown on your statement shipping or invoice, you must assume these plus the damage during the return shipping.
Refund or credit is also subject to note return administrative fee of 25% of the purchase price paid (applicable sales taxes extra), unless the law does not prohibited.
If you are part of an organization that bought the products under a written contract with Safari Dental, it is possible that the contract includes return policies of different products from those set forth in this policy.
Before returning a product, you must first obtain a return authorization number from the sale service of Safari Dental before the end of the applicable return period. Safari Dental will not accept any returns without an authorization number. Customers should contact sale service at 1 800 567.0013 of Safari Dental.
Any product returned to Safari Dental without the prior permission of Safari Dental will be considered an unauthorized return, the customer will receive no credit note for the product and Safari Dental will not return the product to the customer.
Five days after the date of issuance of return authorisation number by the sale service of Safari Dental, you must ship the product to Safari Dental by following these instructions to the letter:
- Send all the products you want to return to Safari Dental and for which you received a return authorisation number. The credits for partial returns may be lower than the price indicated on the invoice or the price of a single piece due to the establishment of overall price or price promotions, or because of concessions or unadvertised discounts.
- Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, with any documentation and all manuals, CD, power cords and other items included at the time of initial shipment.
